Delivery Options
At AdvancedTrumark Solutions, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery of customer orders. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only, and AdvancedTrumark Solutions shall not be liable for any delays.
If the Customer fails or refuses to accept delivery of the goods, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to AdvancedTrumark Solutions, the Customer shall be liable for all losses and damages (including consequential loss or damage) suffered or incurred as a result. AdvancedTrumark Solutions reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price at its discretion.
The goods are at the Customer’s risk from the point of delivery. Upon taking delivery of the goods, the Customer must immediately inspect them and provide written notice to AdvancedTrumark Solutions of any defects within three (3) days. Failing this, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by the Customer.
Payment
The full price of the goods shall be paid by the Customer without any deduction or claim of set-off or counterclaim, including any delays in delivery by AdvancedTrumark Solutions.
Unless stated otherwise, all charges/prices for products will be quoted in Kenya Shillings.
The Customer is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes related to the purchase, delivery, and use of the products/services. The total payable amount will include the cost of delivery.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
AdvancedTrumark Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice and shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Changes to This Agreement
AdvancedTrumark Solutions reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at its discretion by posting the updated terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy
AdvancedTrumark Solutions will issue refunds or credits for goods returned within a reasonable time (generally within 3 days), provided that the goods are in their original condition, packaging, current version, and are not special orders, hardware, peripherals, or clearance items. Otherwise, we will make every effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
The return period for defective products due to manufacturing defects is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
Customers outside Nairobi must contact AdvancedTrumark Solutions to facilitate the return process.
No returns will be accepted on sealed products. Manufacturer warranties apply.
Credit notes may be issued for returns made within 48 hours, provided the goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals and software, and are in a resalable condition.
Returns made after 48 hours but within five (5) days of purchase may still be eligible for a credit note. However, items that are not correctly packaged will attract a minimum handling charge of 15%.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
No credit will be issued for returns made more than 3 days after the purchase.
Warranty Information
Products sold by AdvancedTrumark Solutions are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. AdvancedTrumark Solutions makes no additional or independent warranties.
We do not warrant the performance, compatibility, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of products, but instead pass through the end-user warranty provided by manufacturers or software publishers.
Please check the suitability of products with your system and/or the manufacturer before purchasing.
Products typically carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing or if the product has been tampered with.
Note: Due to restrictions placed by manufacturers, hardware that is defective on arrival can generally be exchanged if reported within 7 days of invoice. Afterward, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products with a manufacturer warranty, AdvancedTrumark Solutions will not be liable if the manufacturer does not cover the item.
Customers are responsible for taking items with manufacturer warranties to the warranty center in Nairobi CBD. Please ensure you bring a copy of your receipt or order details.
All Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) have a manufacturer warranty, and AdvancedTrumark Solutions guarantees the unit for the first 7 days.
Dealership Warranty
Units with a dealership warranty do not come with a valid East African Manufacturer warranty, as they are intended for sale in other regions.
Customer Acknowledgement
The Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions by placing an order with AdvancedTrumark Solutions.
All goods are supplied under these terms and conditions only. No employee or agent of AdvancedTrumark Solutions is authorized to supply goods under any other terms or conditions, or to vary these terms in any way.
Previous dealings will not alter or negate these terms and conditions.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
As per Kenyan Tax Regulations, VAT is charged at the rate of 16%.
All prices indicated on this website are VAT-exclusive.
