Delivery Options

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of customers’ orders. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only, and Advanced TruMark Solutions shall not be liable for delays.
If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Advanced TruMark Solutions, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Advanced TruMark Solutions as a result. At its discretion, Advanced TruMark Solutions may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
The goods shall be at the customer’s risk at the point of delivery. Upon taking delivery, the customer must immediately examine the goods and give written notice to Advanced TruMark Solutions of any defects within three (3) days of delivery. Failure to notify within this period will deem the goods to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by the customer.

Payment

The price shall be paid by the customer in full, without any deduction for claimed set-off or counterclaims (including any delay on the part of Advanced TruMark Solutions in delivering any part of the goods), on or before the payment date.
Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for products will be quoted in Kenya Shillings.
You will be responsible for payment of all taxes associated with your purchase, delivery, and use of the product/services, and the amount payable will include the cost of delivery.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on our site. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Return Policy

Advanced TruMark Solutions will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days), provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version, and are not special orders, hardware, peripherals, or clearance items.
Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
The return period for defective products due to manufacturing faults is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
Customers outside Nairobi should communicate with Advanced TruMark Solutions to facilitate returns.
No returns will be accepted on products sold/delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranties apply.
A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours, provided the goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals and software, and are in resalable condition.
Credit notes may be issued for goods returned after 48 hours but within five (5) days of purchase.
All goods returned must be correctly packaged. Goods should be returned in the packaging in which they were received, with all outer boxes and inner packaging intact. Items not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling charge.
Original invoices must be presented with all returns.
No credit will be issued for returns made more than 3 days after purchase.

Warranty Information

Products sold by Advanced TruMark Solutions are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies the product unless otherwise stated.
Advanced TruMark Solutions makes no additional or independent warranty.
Advanced TruMark Solutions does not warrant the performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product, but merely passes through to the customer the end-user warranty provided by the manufacturer or software publisher.
We do not warrant the suitability of goods. Please check the suitability of products with your system and/or the manufacturer before purchasing.
Products have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing or tampered with.
Please note: Due to restrictions from manufacturers, hardware that is defective on arrival can generally be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days of the invoice date. Otherwise, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products with a manufacturer warranty, Advanced TruMark Solutions will not be liable in the event the manufacturer does not cover the item.
For items with manufacturer warranty, customers will be required to take them to the warranty center in Nairobi CBD for faster service. Please ensure you bring a copy of your receipt/order.
All UPSs come with a manufacturer warranty, and Advanced TruMark Solutions will only guarantee the unit for the first 7 days.

Dealership Warranty

Units with a dealership warranty do not have a valid East African Manufacturer warranty, as they are meant for sale in other regions.

Customer Acknowledgement

The customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Sale by placing an order to purchase products from Advanced TruMark Solutions.
All goods are supplied on these terms and conditions only. No employee or agent of Advanced TruMark Solutions has the authority to supply goods on any other terms or to vary these terms and conditions in any way.
Previous dealings will not vary or negate these terms and conditions.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Our VAT is charged at the rate of 16%, according to Kenyan Tax Regulations.
All prices indicated on this website are VAT-exclusive.
