Advanced TruMark Solutions will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days), provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version, and are not special orders, hardware, peripheral items, or clearance items.
Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
For defective products due to manufacturing faults, returns must be made strictly within 24 hours from the date of sale.
Customers outside of Nairobi should communicate with Advanced TruMark Solutions to facilitate returns.
No returns will be accepted on products sold or delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranties apply.
A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours, provided the goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals and software, and are in resalable condition.
Credit notes may be issued for goods returned after 48 hours but within five (5) days of purchase.
All goods returned must be correctly packaged. Specifically, goods should be returned in the packaging in which they were received, with all outer boxes and inner packaging intact. Items not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling charge.
Original invoices must be presented with all returns.
No credit will be issued for returns made more than 3 days after purchase.
